Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Moneyplant FX LTD handles requests to return funds deposited into a trading account or wallet. It should be read together with our Client Agreement and AML Policy.

If you have deposited funds and have not used them for trading, you may request that they be returned. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method and account in your name.

• Withdrawals are requested through the client wallet at wallet.moneyplantfx.com.
• Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible, in line with our AML Policy.
• Your account must be fully verified, and any open positions and margin requirements must be taken into account, before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Processing times depend on the payment method and on any third-party payment provider involved.

• Trading losses incurred on your account.
• Spreads, commissions, swap or financing charges applied to executed trades.
• Charges applied by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in your account being suspended while the matter is investigated.

Send your request to info@moneyplantfx.com from the email address registered on your account, including your account number, the amount and the original payment method. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
