Client Agreement

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Client") and Moneyplant FX LTD ("Moneyplant FX", "we", "us"). This website (www.moneyplantfx.com) is operated by Moneyplant FX LTD, a company registered under the laws of Comoros Union with the company registered number HT00324030 and registered address at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Moheli, P.B 1257, Comoros. Moneyplant FX LTD is authorized and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA), license number BFX2024047.

This Agreement, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, AML Policy and Refund Policy, governs your trading account and the services we provide.

Moneyplant FX provides execution-only trading in Forex, CFDs on equities, indices, commodities and ETFs, and other instruments made available from time to time, through platforms including MetaTrader 5, MPFX Trader, the web terminal and supported mobile applications.

We do not provide investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

• You must complete the application and identity verification described in our AML Policy before trading.
• You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete, and you will notify us promptly of any changes.
• We may decline an application or close an account at our discretion, in particular where verification cannot be completed.

By opening an account you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement;
• you are not a citizen or resident of the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, India and Pakistan, or of any jurisdiction where our services are prohibited;
• the funds you deposit are your own and do not derive from any unlawful activity;
• you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure and accept the risks of leveraged trading.

Orders are executed at the best available price at the time of execution, which may differ from the price displayed when the order was placed, particularly in volatile or illiquid markets. We may reject or cancel orders in cases of manifest error, abnormal market conditions, suspected abuse, or where execution would breach applicable law.

You must maintain sufficient margin in your account for your open positions. The leverage and margin requirements for each instrument and account type are shown on the trading platform and may change. If your account equity falls below the required level, some or all of your positions may be closed automatically without further notice.

Trading costs may include spreads, commissions, and swap or financing charges for positions held overnight. Applicable charges are shown on the trading platform and on our website for each account type.

Deposits and withdrawals are made through the client wallet and are subject to our AML Policy and Refund Policy. Client funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from the company's own funds.

We take reasonable steps to identify and manage conflicts of interest that may arise between Moneyplant FX and its clients, or between clients.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us at info@moneyplantfx.com with your account number and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge and investigate your complaint and respond to you as soon as practicable.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us, once open positions are closed and any amounts owed are settled. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement with notice, or immediately where required by law or in the event of a breach.

We are not liable for losses arising from market movements, from events beyond our reasonable control (including system failures, internet outages, actions of third-party providers, or governmental or regulatory action), or from your failure to comply with this Agreement.

We may amend this Agreement from time to time. Amendments take effect when published on our website or notified to you, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Union of Comoros, where Moneyplant FX LTD is registered and licensed.
